Protect your BMW S1000XR with the MACHINA Upper Crash Bar Highway Engine Protective Guard — engineered specifically for the 2024 and 2025 model years. Built from high-strength steel tubing with TIG-welded joints, this full upper crash bar wraps around both sides of the engine and fairing to absorb and redirect impact energy in the event of a tip-over or low-speed fall, shielding the fairings, radiator, and engine cases from costly damage.

The crash bar features a precisely contoured frame that matches the chassis lines of the S1000XR for a factory-integrated appearance. A central cross-brace bridges both sides at the top for maximum rigidity. The included mounting hardware uses OEM frame points — no welding or drilling required. Available in Matte Black powder coat and a raw Silver finish.
