Shipping policy

Welcome to MotoMachina. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch orders, what to expect after checkout, and who to contact if you need help.

1) Order Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Standard (ready-made) items: We dispatch within 15–20 calendar days of order confirmation and payment verification.(May vary according to product.) the delivery time will be between 18 to 25 days

  • Custom / made-to-order parts: We dispatch within 30–45 calendar days (25-35 Working days).

  • Dispatch time is the time before a parcel is handed to the carrier. It does not include transit time.

  • Weekends, public holidays, and peak-season volume may affect processing. If we foresee a delay beyond the windows above, we’ll notify you by email.

2) Shipping Methods, Rates & Transit Time

  • Shipping rates and available methods are shown at checkout and are based on destination, weight/volume, and service level.

  • We ship with major carriers and reputable logistics partners.

  • Transit times vary by destination and carrier and begin after your order has been dispatched. Tracking estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guarantees.

3) Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to start showing movement after dispatch.

4) Address Changes & Delivery Instructions

  • If you need to change your shipping address, contact us before your order ships.

  • After dispatch, rerouting or address corrections may incur carrier fees and can extend delivery time.

5) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by MotoMachina at checkout.

  • Customs inspections may cause delays outside our control.

6) Split Shipments & Combined Orders

  • To get items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost.

  • If you place multiple orders to the same address, we may combine them where practical.

7) Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, we can reship it once we confirm the correct address; additional shipping charges may apply.

  • If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, shipping fees are non-refundable once a parcel has been dispatched.

8) Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Carrier or customs delays, weather events, and other factors outside our control can affect delivery timelines.

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated for an unusual period or shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, please check with household members, neighbours, building management, or your local post office first, then contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

9) Damaged in Transit

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item so we can assist with a claim or replacement.

10) Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • If a product page states “pre-order” or “backorder,” the dispatch window may differ from the standard timelines above. Refer to the product page for details; we’ll email updates if anything changes.
