The Machina tyre hugger for the BMW R1300 GS and R1300 GSA (2023+) mounts directly to the EVO Paralever casing and intercepts spray, grit, and debris before it reaches the rear shock absorber and suspension linkage. Every kilometre in the wet throws road debris at your shock — this guard stops it before it gets there.
The ABS guard is supported by a powder-coated aluminium bracket that attaches to the EVO Paralever using existing mounting points — no drilling, no modification to the shaft drive system. The aluminium bracket resists corrosion under prolonged wet-road exposure, and holds its position through vibration and long-distance riding. Matte black finish matches OEM R1300 GS bodywork tone.
Fits both the R1300 GS and R1300 GSA (2023 onwards). Road tyres only — remove before fitting knobby or high-profile adventure tyres. For full rear protection, pair with the Machina Splash Guard Extension for the R1300 GS, which protects pillion and luggage while this guard protects your suspension. Designed and tested on Indian roads by MACHINA.
