MACHINA Skid Plate for BMW R1250 GS / R1250 GSA (2019–2023)

The Machina skid plate for the BMW R1250 GS and R1250 GSA gives the boxer full-coverage underbody protection without bolting anything to the engine. Built from 3mm aluminium with a black powder-coat finish, it shields the entire underside of the motor — from the leading edge of the exhaust headers all the way back to the catalytic converter and oil pan: the parts that are both most exposed and most expensive to repair.

It mounts to the frame, not the engine. Four mounting points — two at the front lower crash-bar locations and two at the rear, replacing the centre-stand pins with supplied retaining bolts — carry any impact into the bike's structure rather than into the engine cases. The plate is compatible with OEM and most aftermarket lower crash bars, fits Option 719 and 40th Anniversary models, and allows oil changes without removal. One plate fits both the GS and the GSA.
