Guard the lower engine and frame of your BMW S1000XR or M1000XR with the MACHINA Lower Crash Bar Engine Guard Bumper Frame Protector — designed specifically for the 2024 and 2025 model years. This lower crash bar positions itself directly in front of the engine cases and lower fairing mounts, absorbing impact in a tip-over before it reaches the most vulnerable components — the oil pan, engine covers, and lower fairings.
Constructed from 25mm high-strength steel tubing with precision TIG welds throughout, the guard features reinforced mounting brackets that bolt directly to the frame using existing OEM points. Each bracket is profiled from thick steel plate and fully welded to the bar for maximum rigidity. The included stainless bolt kit ensures a corrosion-resistant fit. Available in Matte Black powder coat and a brushed Silver finish.
