This has been one of the most unprofessional and unresponsive teams I have dealt with. Communication is restricted almost entirely to WhatsApp messages, and they consistently avoid phone calls, making it extremely difficult to have a meaningful discussion or obtain clear updates.

What is particularly frustrating is the lack of accountability in their responses. Despite repeated follow-ups and growing customer frustration, the replies often seem routine and dismissive, as if the concerns raised are of little significance.

At the time of purchase, I was informed via email that the product would be shipped within 14-15 days. However, the product was never shipped, and I only discovered this after repeatedly requesting a tracking ID. After waiting for more than 25 days, I was finally informed that there was an issue at their end and that there was no estimated timeline available for dispatch.

The original promised turnaround time of 20-25 days was already quite long. Unfortunately, the lack of proactive communication, transparency, and ownership made the experience even worse. Rather than keeping customers informed, I was left chasing updates throughout the entire process.

Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this website again, nor would I recommend it to others. The customer service and order management teams need significant improvement in terms of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer handling. Customers deserve honesty, timely updates, and clear communication, none of which were adequately demonstrated in my case.

Delays can happen in any business. What customers expect is transparency, ownership, and timely communication. Unfortunately, this experience lacked all three. The issue was not just the delay, but the way it was handled from start to finish.

Great product! It’s very strong and fits my bike perfectly. It makes oil changes and cleaning the chain so much easier. Highly recommended!
