Membership Credit Structure & Validity
1. Membership Activation
MACHINA Prime membership shall become active 15 (fifteen) days after successful payment confirmation.
The membership shall remain valid for a period of 5 (five) years from the activation date.
2. Membership Credit Allocation
Upon enrollment into MACHINA Prime Access through payment of ₹50,000, the member shall receive ₹50,000 worth of MACHINA product credits.
These credits shall be non-transferable and usable exclusively against MACHINA products and approved MACHINA services.
Credit Utilization Structure
A minimum of ₹20,000 worth of membership credits must be utilized towards Category A products.
The remaining membership credit balance may be utilized towards:
- Category A products,
- Category B products,
- approved custom development,
- machining support,
- or approved MACHINA services.
The following conditions shall apply:
- Product categorization, eligibility, and applicability shall remain solely at MACHINA's discretion.
- Membership credits shall not be redeemable against cash, refunds, or third-party products/services.
- All credit utilization shall remain subject to operational feasibility, manufacturing availability, and order confirmation by MACHINA.
3. Credit Utilization Beyond Membership Value
In cases where the total invoice value of products ordered exceeds the available membership credit balance, the member shall be required to pay the remaining balance amount separately.
The applicable MACHINA Prime discount structure shall continue to remain valid on the additional payable amount beyond the utilized credits, subject to the respective product category.
4. Credit Validity Period
Membership credits may be utilized partially or fully at any time during the active 5-year membership validity period.
Unused credits remaining after expiry of the membership validity period may lapse unless otherwise approved by MACHINA in writing.
5. Credit Adjustment Under Custom Development Resolution Policy
As referenced under Clause 3.6 — Custom Development Support & Resolution Policy:
In the event a custom-developed product supplied under MACHINA Prime Access encounters unresolved fitment or compatibility issues despite reasonable corrective efforts by MACHINA, the amount charged for such custom-developed product may, at MACHINA's sole discretion, be credited back into the respective member's MACHINA Prime credit account.
Such credited amounts may subsequently be utilized by the member towards:
- purchase of alternative MACHINA products,
- future product development,
- machining services,
- or approved MACHINA services.
Final determination regarding reimbursement eligibility, credited value, and credit adjustment approval shall remain solely with MACHINA.

MACHINA Prime — Features, Terms & Conditions
MACHINA Prime Access is a premium access program designed for riders seeking long-term value, priority access, technical support, engineering assistance, and custom development support from MACHINA.
The program operates strictly under the following terms and conditions.

Category A Products — 20% Discount
MACHINA Prime Members shall be eligible for a fixed 20% discount on selected fast-moving Category A products manufactured and/or supplied directly by MACHINA, subject to product availability and eligibility confirmation by MACHINA.
The following conditions shall apply:
- Discounts are applicable only on products officially categorized under Category A by MACHINA.
- Product categorization, applicability, and discount eligibility shall remain solely at MACHINA's discretion.
- The product must be actively available under MACHINA inventory or manufacturing support at the time of order confirmation.
- Members shall not challenge or dispute product classification, pricing structure, or discount applicability once confirmed by MACHINA.

Category A Development Products — 10% Discount
Any Category A product not currently available but deemed technically feasible for future development by MACHINA may be eligible under a 10% discount slab.
- Product development feasibility shall be evaluated solely by MACHINA.
- Discount applicability shall commence only upon official development confirmation from MACHINA.
- Development timelines, manufacturing methodology, and commercial viability shall remain subject to internal engineering and operational assessment.

Category B Products — 10% Discount
MACHINA Prime Members shall be eligible for a fixed 10% discount on Category B products categorized as made-to-order, fabrication-intensive, or low-volume manufacturing products.
The following conditions shall apply:
- Category B products are subject to manufacturing schedules, raw material availability, tooling readiness, and production planning.
- Discount applicability shall remain valid only upon order confirmation by MACHINA.
- Manufacturing timelines may vary depending on operational load, fabrication queue, and inventory status.

Technical Support Services
MACHINA Prime Members shall receive technical consultation and engineering guidance related to:
- product compatibility,
- installation feasibility,
- motorcycle setup recommendations,
- touring and adventure applications,
- and custom development discussions.
Technical guidance shall be advisory in nature and provided without consultation charges.
Final product selection, installation, and operational usage shall remain the sole responsibility of the rider.
MACHINA reserves the right to decline technical support requests deemed commercially, technically, or operationally unfeasible.
Upcoming product development information, where applicable, may be selectively shared with MACHINA Prime Members at MACHINA's discretion.

Non-Cancellable Orders
Any custom development order once confirmed, processed, or moved into production shall be treated as final and non-cancellable.
Advance payments, tooling charges, material procurement costs, and manufacturing allocations shall not be refundable once production activities commence.

Commercial Charges
Although design charges and MOQ requirements may be waived, all applicable manufacturing costs, machining charges, transportation charges, packaging charges, and material costs shall remain payable by the member.

Development Scope Limitation
Custom development support shall remain limited to technically feasible products aligned with MACHINA's manufacturing capabilities and future product direction.
Product development shall not be treated as a fully personalized or customer-controlled design service.

Standardized Design Direction
Any custom-developed product may be engineered in alignment with MACHINA's future standard production design language, engineering philosophy, structural requirements, and manufacturing standards.
MACHINA shall retain sole authority regarding:
- design architecture,
- material selection,
- mounting methodology,
- structural design,
- and manufacturing approach.

Custom Development Support & Resolution Policy
In cases where MACHINA develops a custom product or motorcycle-specific solution exclusively for a MACHINA Prime Member order, the following support policy shall apply in the event of fitment or compatibility-related issues:
MACHINA may attempt to resolve the issue through:
- additional hardware support,
- revised mounting components,
- spacers, bushes, or brackets,
- machining modifications,
- or minor structural/product alterations where technically feasible.
Such corrective support shall remain subject to:
- engineering feasibility,
- operational practicality,
- and structural safety standards determined solely by MACHINA.
In the event the issue cannot be resolved through technical modification or support measures, MACHINA may, at its sole discretion, provide a credit equivalent to the amount charged for the concerned custom-developed product under the respective member's MACHINA Prime credit account for future MACHINA purchases or services.
The above credit policy shall apply only to products specifically approved and developed by MACHINA under the MACHINA Prime custom development program.
This policy shall not apply to:
- improper installation,
- third-party modifications,
- accidental damage,
- misuse,
- compatibility changes introduced after delivery,
- or modifications carried out outside MACHINA's guidance.
Final assessment regarding eligibility for support, modification, replacement components, or account credit shall remain solely with MACHINA.

Category A Products
Category A products maintained under ready inventory or active production support may be allocated on priority basis to MACHINA Prime Members.
Priority allocation shall remain subject to:
- stock availability,
- dispatch scheduling,
- operational limitations,
- and inventory status.

Category B Products
Category B products are primarily manufactured under made-to-order production methodology.
The following conditions shall apply:
- Manufacturing timelines shall depend on raw material availability, fabrication schedules, coating timelines, machining queue, and assembly planning.
- In the event of inventory unavailability, MACHINA Prime Member orders may be processed independently without waiting for standard batch manufacturing cycles.
- Standard manufacturing lead times shall continue to apply unless otherwise confirmed by MACHINA.

Support Services
MACHINA Prime Members may receive technical support and limited machining assistance related to:
- product installation guidance,
- mounting assistance,
- fitment troubleshooting,
- hardware compatibility,
- accessory integration,
- and motorcycle-specific mechanical adaptation requirements.
Additional support may include:
- supply or machining of custom bolts,
- spacers,
- washers,
- bushes,
- mounting hardware,
- and fitment-related machining solutions where operationally feasible.

Examples of Support
- Development and machining of custom handlebar riser bolts for a BMW F900GSA customer, enabling integration of a GPS mounting system directly onto the riser mounting hardware.
- Modification of saddle stay mounting geometry for a Honda Transalp customer to improve compatibility with imported saddle bags that were not aligning with standard mounting positions.
- Precision machining of suspension bushes for a Triumph Street Twin 900 customer in order to increase the internal diameter for compatibility with aftermarket suspension components.

Terms & Conditions
The following conditions shall apply:
- All support shall remain subject to technical feasibility, operational capacity, and engineering approval by MACHINA.
- Machining or modification support may involve additional commercial charges depending on material, machining time, tooling requirements, and complexity.
- MACHINA reserves the right to decline any request that may compromise structural integrity, rider safety, product reliability, or engineering standards.
- Any modification involving third-party or non-MACHINA products shall be undertaken strictly at the rider's discretion and responsibility.
- MACHINA shall not be held liable for failures, damages, or performance issues arising from third-party products, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications after support is provided.
