The MACHINA Lower Crash Bar Engine Guard is a steel bolt-on bar that protects the lower engine and frame of the BMW F900R and F900XR in the event of a tip-over or low-speed fall. Positioned at the most exposed lower section of the engine, it absorbs and distributes impact force before it can reach the engine casings, oil pan, and frame rails. Powder-coated in matte black for a tough, corrosion-resistant finish that suits the F900's aggressive styling.
Compatibility: BMW F900R (2020–2021), BMW F900XR (2020–2021)

Be the first to share your experience! They are made for the BMW F 900 R / F 900 XR from 2020 to 2021. If you have other aftermarket parts fitted nearby, or you're not sure of your model year, send Machina a photo on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll confirm fitment.
Carbon steel. Steel is tough and can often be straightened after an impact instead of cracking.
They bolt to the BMW F 900 R / F 900 XR's frame mounting points with basic hand tools. Fit all bolts loosely first, align both sides, then tighten evenly. Any workshop can fit them if you'd rather not do it yourself.
Yes. Low-speed tip-overs in traffic, on gravel and on slippery monsoon roads are common in India. Crash bars take that hit instead of the engine casings and bodywork of your BMW F 900 R / F 900 XR, which are expensive and slow to replace.
Yes. Crash bars protect the sides of the engine and a skid plate protects the underside, so many riders run both. If you already have a non-Machina skid plate, send us a photo on WhatsApp to check for clashes.
