Guard the lower engine and frame of your BMW S1000XR or M1000XR with the MACHINA Lower Crash Bar Engine Guard Bumper Frame Protector — designed specifically for the 2024 and 2025 model years. This lower crash bar positions itself directly in front of the engine cases and lower fairing mounts, absorbing impact in a tip-over before it reaches the most vulnerable components — the oil pan, engine covers, and lower fairings.
Constructed from 25mm high-strength steel tubing with precision TIG welds throughout, the guard features reinforced mounting brackets that bolt directly to the frame using existing OEM points. Each bracket is profiled from thick steel plate and fully welded to the bar for maximum rigidity. The included stainless bolt kit ensures a corrosion-resistant fit. Available in Matte Black powder coat and a brushed Silver finish.

Be the first to share your experience! They are made for the BMW S 1000 XR / M 1000 XR from 2024 to 2025. If you have other aftermarket parts fitted nearby, or you're not sure of your model year, send Machina a photo on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll confirm fitment.
25 mm high-strength steel tubing with TIG welds. Steel is tough and can often be straightened after an impact instead of cracking.
They bolt to the BMW S 1000 XR / M 1000 XR's frame mounting points with basic hand tools. Fit all bolts loosely first, align both sides, then tighten evenly. Any workshop can fit them if you'd rather not do it yourself.
Yes. Low-speed tip-overs in traffic, on gravel and on slippery monsoon roads are common in India. Crash bars take that hit instead of the engine casings and bodywork of your BMW S 1000 XR / M 1000 XR, which are expensive and slow to replace.
Yes. Crash bars protect the sides of the engine and a skid plate protects the underside, so many riders run both. If you already have a non-Machina skid plate, send us a photo on WhatsApp to check for clashes.
