This has been one of the most unprofessional and unresponsive teams I have dealt with. Communication is restricted almost entirely to WhatsApp messages, and they consistently avoid phone calls, making it extremely difficult to have a meaningful discussion or obtain clear updates.

What is particularly frustrating is the lack of accountability in their responses. Despite repeated follow-ups and growing customer frustration, the replies often seem routine and dismissive, as if the concerns raised are of little significance.

At the time of purchase, I was informed via email that the product would be shipped within 14-15 days. However, the product was never shipped, and I only discovered this after repeatedly requesting a tracking ID. After waiting for more than 25 days, I was finally informed that there was an issue at their end and that there was no estimated timeline available for dispatch.

The original promised turnaround time of 20-25 days was already quite long. Unfortunately, the lack of proactive communication, transparency, and ownership made the experience even worse. Rather than keeping customers informed, I was left chasing updates throughout the entire process.

Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this website again, nor would I recommend it to others. The customer service and order management teams need significant improvement in terms of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer handling. Customers deserve honesty, timely updates, and clear communication, none of which were adequately demonstrated in my case.

Stronger Closing Option (if posting as a public review)

Delays can happen in any business. What customers expect is transparency, ownership, and timely communication. Unfortunately, this experience lacked all three. The issue was not just the delay, but the way it was handled from start to finish.

Great product! It’s very strong and fits my bike perfectly. It makes oil changes and cleaning the chain so much easier. Highly recommended!

Fitment

Questions riders ask about this part

Will the Machina centre stand fit my Triumph Speed Twin 900 / 1200 / Street Twin 900?

It is made specifically for the Triumph Speed Twin 900 / 1200 / Street Twin 900. Fitment can change between model years, so if you're unsure about yours, send Machina your bike's year and a photo on WhatsApp before ordering.

What is the Machina centre stand for the Triumph Speed Twin or Street Twin made of?

Heavy-duty CNC-bent carbon steel, designed to clear the twin exhausts. Steel is tough and rigid, so the stand holds the bike steady.

How do I install the Machina centre stand on my Triumph Speed Twin or Street Twin?

It bolts to the bike's frame mounting points and is held up by a return spring while riding. You'll need the bike supported while fitting it, so a workshop is the easiest option if you don't have a paddock stand.

Is the Machina centre stand suitable for riding a Triumph Speed Twin or Street Twin in India?

Yes. A centre stand makes chain lubrication, puncture repair and parking on uneven or soft ground much easier — all common on Indian tours.

Is it easy to put a Triumph Speed Twin or Street Twin on the Machina centre stand?

Yes, with the right technique. Put your foot on the stand's tang, hold the left grip and the grab rail, then push down with your foot while lifting the bike back — use body weight, not arm strength.
